An Integrated Approach to Performance Measurement

Abstract:
Accurate measure of performance is crucial to program evaluation and decision-making. The two modes of performance measurement in reality, the objective and subjective measures, however, are both prone to
distortionary behavior that renders 

the measures inaccurate. This project develops theoretical results and empirical techniques that help design and combine proper objective and subjective measures to improve the accuracy of performance measurement. Such results are applied to recruiting.
